Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Concierge Inc platform ("Platform"), including mobile applications, websites, and services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").

If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

Description of Services

Concierge Inc provides a technology platform that connects:

• Customers requesting delivery, transportation, or concierge services
• Independent drivers and service providers
• Merchants offering goods and services

Concierge Inc is not a transportation carrier, delivery service, or food provider. We act solely as a technology intermediary.

Independent Contractor Status

All drivers, couriers, and service providers are independent contractors, not employees of Concierge Inc.

Concierge Inc:

• Does not control how services are performed
• Is not responsible for driver conduct, safety, or outcomes
• Does not guarantee availability or performance

User Accounts

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information
• Maintain account security
• Accept responsibility for all activity under your account

Concierge Inc reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts at its discretion.

Payments & Fees

All payments are processed through third-party providers, including Stripe.

By using the Platform:

• You authorize charges for services requested
• Fees may include delivery, service, surge, cancellation, and taxes
• Payments are non-refundable unless required by law

Cancellations & Refunds

• Orders may be canceled within a limited time window
• Once a driver is assigned or service has begun, charges may apply
• Refunds are issued at Concierge Inc's sole discretion

No Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available."

Concierge Inc makes no guarantees regarding:

• Service quality
• Delivery times
• Driver behavior
• Merchant accuracy

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Concierge Inc shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business
• Personal injury or property damage resulting from services

Your use of the Platform is at your own risk.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Concierge Inc from any claims arising out of:

• Your use of the Platform
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your interactions with drivers, merchants, or other users

Prohibited Use

You may not:

• Use the Platform for illegal activities
• Harass drivers, merchants, or users
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or exploit the system

Medical Delivery Disclaimer

Concierge Inc may facilitate medical or pharmacy deliveries. However:

• We are not a healthcare provider
• We do not verify prescriptions or medical compliance
• Users assume all risks related to medical deliveries

Termination

Concierge Inc may terminate access at any time for:

• Violations of these Terms
• Fraudulent or harmful behavior

Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States.
