This Driver Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between Concierge Inc ("Company") and the undersigned driver ("Driver").
By accessing or using the Concierge Inc platform, Driver agrees to the terms below.

Role of the Company
Concierge Inc is a technology platform that connects customers, drivers, and merchants.
The Company does not:
- Provide transportation or delivery services
- Employ drivers
- Control how services are performed

Independent Contractor Status
Driver is an independent contractor, not an employee.
Driver acknowledges:
- No entitlement to wages, overtime, or benefits
- Responsibility for their own taxes
- Full control over when, where, and how they work
Nothing in this Agreement creates an employment, partnership, or joint venture relationship.

Services Provided
Driver may perform:
- Delivery services
- Rideshare transportation
- Medical or specialty deliveries
Driver agrees to perform services in a safe, lawful, and professional manner.

Compensation (Critical)
Driver will receive 70% of the total service fee, and Concierge Inc will retain 30%.
Applies to:
- Deliveries
- Rideshare trips
- Medical deliveries
- Any service facilitated through the platform
Driver acknowledges:
- Fees may include platform fees, service fees, and adjustments
- Concierge Inc may modify pricing structures at its discretion

Driver Responsibilities
Driver agrees to:
- Maintain a valid driver's license
- Maintain valid vehicle insurance
- Operate a safe and roadworthy vehicle
- Comply with all local, state, and federal laws
- Provide accurate account and payment information

Insurance & Liability
Driver is solely responsible for:
- Vehicle insurance
- Personal liability coverage
- Any damages, injuries, or losses occurring during service
Concierge Inc does not provide insurance coverage for drivers.

Limitation of Liability
Concierge Inc shall not be liable for:
- Accidents or injuries
- Vehicle damage
- Loss of income
- Disputes between drivers and customers
Driver assumes all risks associated with providing services.

Indemnification
Driver agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Concierge Inc from any claims arising out of:
- Driver's conduct
- Violations of law
- Breach of this Agreement

Acceptance of Requests
Driver:
- Is not required to accept any request
- May log on and off the platform at any time

Deactivation
Concierge Inc may suspend or terminate Driver access for:
- Safety concerns
- Fraud or misconduct
- Violation of this Agreement

Medical Delivery Disclaimer
Driver acknowledges:
- Concierge Inc does not verify medical contents
- Driver assumes responsibility for handling deliveries appropriately

Dispute Resolution (Critical)
All disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration, not court.
Driver waives:
- Jury trial rights
- Class action participation

Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.

Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between Driver and Concierge Inc.
